Open Office?

jkaczor010 asked:

I recently downloaded Open Office Suite with every program. I was very please and impressed by their programs. Their like the mirror image of Microsoft Office. I didn’t like the fact that it didn’t have a program like Outlook, though I have Mozilla Thunderbird. But my question is, is there a way to have everything I create (word, presentation etc) automatically save as a Word or Powerpoint file? I want this because I do work for school and my school doesn’t have open office so every time I use my flash drive to open a document created by open office it doesn’t work. So can I just change is so its Word and Powerpoint even though its Impress and Writer! THANKS!
I basically want to have the file extension change by auto!

How can I keep my office uncluttered with limited storage space?

GGGG lou EEEE asked:

I am a manager of a school office. My office is 8 x 12 with 2 “full” 4drawer lateral files, two upper cabinets with doors and I large shelf above my L shaped desk. I have no windows. How can I better utilize the space I have to make my office “seem” uncluttered? I want my office to look presentable when dealing with parents, but it always feels so cluttered and messy.

How can I get open office to stop auto formatting?

Sarah asked:

I am trying to type an outline on open office and whenever I try to put in a roman numeral open office deletes it and replaces it with a regular number. When I try to erase it and re-do it it just backspaces my stuff. How can I get it to stop auto-doing all this crap?

Does your post office give you an acceptance scan and a receipt for electronic delivery confirmation?

Eywrshp asked:

The post office web site says ” retail and electronic delivery confirmation are both entitiled to the same infomation”.
But some post offices refuse to give you an acceptance scan or a receipt for labels printed online even when you’ve included insurance in your mailing label.
How can you collect on a claim for lost mail if the post office will not give you a receipt?
You have no proof that you ever took the mail to the post office.
When you took it or what post office you took it to.
Is it right for the post office to refuse to give you receipt because you printed your postage online?
